About the Gallery

The Sklar Levy Gallery is a groundbreaking center for the exhibition of contemporary Israeli art located midway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in the industrial zone of Modi'in. The gallery’s mission is to promote leading and established Israeli artists alongside young and promising ones, to pioneer the expansion of the Tel Aviv's exciting art scene to Modi’in, and to showcase chosen artists from the area.   We commit to bringing the best of the Israeli art scene to Modi'in, to highlight its current trends and to personally and generously service the experienced art collector as well as those who are looking to expand their knowledge of the contemporary art market.

Our program features a themed exhibition space and a private showroom, exhibition openings, and a variety of cultural events for established and potential art enthusiasts.  Sklar Levy Gallery exhibits painting, photography and sculpture as well as video installations and other media formats. We hand-pick some of the most engaging artists in Israel with an emphasis on their talent, virtuosity, aesthetics, intellectual dialogue and education. Many of our showcased artists have graduated from the most exclusive art programs in Israel and abroad.

Sklar Levy Gallery was founded by Audrey Sklar Levy, an avid patron of Israeli art who, for more than two decades, has engaged in an ongoing dialogue with leading Israeli artists in their studios, supporting their professional development whenever possible.  Sklar Levy holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Art History.
